All prices are in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase. We use a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information.
Digital products (The Book): Due to the immediate-download nature of digital products, all book sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
AI Power Session: Sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
AI Power Audit: A deposit is required to secure your audit booking. If you cancel before your discovery call, we will refund the deposit less a booking fee. Once the discovery call has taken place, the audit fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver your written report within the agreed timeframe through our fault, we will offer a partial refund or alternative remedy.
Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Sessions and audits are scheduled via our booking system. Your written audit report will be delivered within 5 business days of your discovery call.
